Where We Ship From

Orders placed on Ammann Merch Store are fulfilled from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain. All prices on this store are listed in EUR.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or for made-to-order items.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

• Within the EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Outside the EU: 3-10 business days after dispatch

These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us by replying to the order confirmation email.
