Refund & Return Policy

All sales made through Ammann Merch Store are final, as items are produced and/or fulfilled specifically for this store and its community. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, we will review your case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.

To request a review:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery by replying to the order confirmation email.
• Include a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
• We will assess the request and respond within 5 business days with our decision (replacement, refund, or other resolution).

What Is Not Covered

• Items that no longer fit or are no longer wanted.
• Minor variations in print placement, color, or texture that fall within normal production tolerances.
• Damage caused after delivery (e.g. improper washing or use).
• Orders where the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
